Fungai Marufu is the Founder and Managing Partner at Marufu Misi law Chambers.She has a solid foundation in Mining Law,Property law, Family Law and Commercial Law with over 12 years wealth of experience in her area of specialisation.She sits on the boards of numerous Mining organisations and Companies and is a Consultant for various youth piloted projects and institutions.She is an avid advocate for Children’s rights and a member of the Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association and believes in aiding the exploited, oppressed and marginalised.Her outstanding work ethic has earned her recognition and Awards in the business sector with the latest Award being her much deserved recognition for being an outstanding woman of repute at the Zimbabwe Chief Executive Awards.She is also a Philanthropist and Patron of M&M Trust, a philanthropic arm of Marufu and Misi law chambers which is solely focused on giving back to the community and the underprivileged.Her strong desire and vision for the effective accessibility of impartial justice rooted in equality has inspired the firms expansion matrix and growth on a high professional level.
Lenon Mapfumo is an admitted attorney who has been with the firm since July 2018. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria and a LLM in International Trade Law from the North West University . Lenon specialises in Criminal and Civil litigation and has appeared in the Magistrates’ Court, Labour Court, High Court. He has been responsible for providing legal advice and opinions, and has also been involved in the drafting of pleadings relating to commercial disputes His other areas of interests include commercial law and contract law.
Promise Njagu holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of South Africa. He has joined Marufu Misi Chambers in January 2022. His areas of interest are Contract Law , Labour law, Corporate Law , and Debt collection. Promise is also an exceptional researcher who enjoys tackling complex legal matters. He enjoys writing legal articles and reading law journals. He intends to be authority in family law matters.

Tsembani Chauke is a bearer of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Venda (UNIVEN). He has been been with Marufu Misi Law Chambers since January 2023. Veronica Chipamaunga is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public who joined Marufu Misi in May 2023. She is a versatile lawyer, well versed in many areas of law which includes both civil and criminal cases. She also attend to clients in challenging disputes that are filed on basis of negligence, breach, fraud and unfair labour practices. Veronica also helps clients to solve the most complex and challenging legal problems and to her, client engagement is central to successful litigation. She is committed to maintaining high level of communication as she takes time to truly involve the client and incorporate their goals, concerns, values, and feedback. She manages the relationship transparently so that her clients see how their interests are being served at every stage of litigation process.
Tanyaradzwa Marufu is a holder of a BsC Honours Degree in Sociology from the Midlands State University.She is a Professional Assistant at Marufu Misi law chambers with a keen interest in the business’ strategic development and management. She is also a philanthropist and staunch advocate for the girl child and is a partner at the Heartwave foundation which mainly focuses on catering for the welfare and needs of the less privileged particularly, the girl child.Her vision and mantra for empowerment makes her a force to be reckoned with in the firm and the profession.
